C1 Export Utility (beta)

C1 Export Utility is a lightweight macOS companion app designed to supercharge your Capture One Pro workflow by automating the image export process. Whether you're tethering in-studio or importing files in batches, this utility takes the manual labor out of exporting so you can stay focused on the creative work.

The app offers two core automation modes:

Auto Export on Import (Free Mode)

Automatically export every photo as soon as it’s imported or tethered into your current Capture One session. Ideal for high-volume workflows such as events, instant previews, or headshot stations where every image needs to be processed without delay.

• Exports in real time, using your currently selected Capture One export recipe

• Works seamlessly with tethered shooting or drag-and-drop imports

• No need to manually trigger exports—images are processed instantly in the background

• Great for kiosks, live review setups, or volume workflows

5-Star Export Mode (Pro Mode – Paid Feature)

Only export images that are marked as 5 stars, with the app automatically scan for new 5 star selects every 10 seconds. Perfect for workflows where only select images need to be delivered or sent for retouching.

• Automatically exports only your best images—no sorting needed afterward

• Helps separate selects from throwaways during fast-paced sessions

• Images are exported as soon as they’re rated 5 stars

• After export, the app can automatically change the color tag to green to avoid re-exporting

C1 Export Utility is available in both Free and Pro versions:

• Free Version – $0
  Unlocks full access to the Auto Export on Import feature, ideal for volume workflows where every image needs to be exported instantly upon tether or import.

• Pro Version (unlocks advanced features like 5-Star Select Auto-Export)

  • Founder Pricing (Available until September 1, 2025):
    $4.99/month or $14.99/year

  • Regular Pricing (After September 1, 2025):
    $7.99/month or $19.99/year

The Pro version enables selective auto-export of 5-star rated images at a custom interval and unlocks additional workflow enhancements. All upgrades are delivered via a license key using the Paddle subscription system.

Beta Access

We’re currently opening up beta testing for early users! During this phase, all testers will receive full access to the Pro features of C1 Export Utility — including 5-star auto-export and interval customization — completely free of charge.

Beta testers will receive a license key valid through the beta period. Once the app officially launches, you’ll have the option to subscribe at a discounted founder rate.
