Update - I was able to access the account again. I got access again to my account yesterday and so far today, it is still running fine. As to what happened, I didn't hear back from the customer service, I just tried to log in again and had access again Monday evening. So far, so good. Regardless of what happened, it is still a good software.

Yes actually I did restart the computer yesterday. I didn't help either. I guess their customer service chat is M-F. It is currently closed. I did send them my contact info again to fix this. This is awful and unexpected. I have never experienced nothing like this before.

Ok good to know. I really need to chat with them. Clearing browser history and cookies didn't help getting back into Evoto. Thanks for your suggestions though, Jeff. Appreciate it.

Likewise Jeff. I can try clearing the browser history and cookies as another option. I still haven't heard back from them yet. Is the email the best way to contact them? I did try the FB group as well but my post is in the pending at the moment.
